2017 Congress Venue:
The Congress is being held at the beautiful Australian High Commission building on the
Strand in Central London.
This venue is close to the Thames and to many of the top tourist attractions and sites of
historical interest in London, including the famous piazza at Covent Garden, the Royal
Courts of Justice (part of one of the main legal districts of the capital and a notable
centre for English law, both historically and in the present day) and the Tower of London.
The West End, famous for both shopping and for its theatres is also close by and the
South Bank is just across the Thames.
There is easy access from all London airports (Heathrow, Gatwick and City).
The closest tube station (a five minute walk) is Temple on the District and Circle Lines.

The events on the 31 October are also being held at The Strand Palace Hotel, approx. 3 minutes walk from Australia House.
The Drinks Reception on the 1 November will be held at Australia House.
The events on the 3 November are being held at Notre Dame University near Piccadilly, about a 15 Minutes walk from Australia House, and details will be provided upon registration.
